Well after 3 hours, yes 3 hours on the phone with customer service today, I still don't have my phones upgraded. What I don't understand is why does AT&T provide all of these free phones, discounts or great promotions only to new customers. My Att business account was canceled for no apparent reason other than being a black business owner.

I’ve been an IT professional for nearly 20 years, and decided to create a sub program of my business to provide technical training. I would love to try a SOny Xperia phone. Especially the Aqua when it comes out or the Z4 but I see no Sony phones listed at all. What's up with that?
