caudabe sheath iphone 17 pro max - Generation Z Gadgets
Just got a Caudabe Sheath after using an Apple Silicone case since launch and wondering if you get used to the cutout on the side. I posted earlier, but I have no problems using the cutout on the Sheath. It works well for me.
Understanding the Context
I’m past all the cutout drama. But, what I’m surprised about is that I’m 50-50 on Sheath or Paragon. To Caudabe. My go to every year is a Sheath.

It’s been great. No QC issues here after almost a year of use. If anything they just keep getting better. I got a Synthesis too but still like the Sheath the best. Just a heads up regarding the camera control cutout on Caudabe cases.

I was just informed by their customer support that they have no plans to update their iPhone 16 cases with a capacitive cover. I guess I'll have to pass this year and see what they have to offer next year for the iPhone 17. Wrote Caudabe support hoping to get some good news that PARAGON would be shipping at the end of September. Received this reply within a day of my inquiry: Thank you so much for the email! As noted on the product page when placing the order, Paragon is a pre-order item. We expect it to be in stock and ready to ship by early October.
I wrote Caudabe yesterday asking what their return policy is should there be any issue with the cutout around the iPhone's camera control button. Here is the response I received: First of all, so sorry for the delay in response. We're experiencing very high contact volume and it's taking us longer than usual to reply to emails. The problem is that Caudabe rushed those cases to market and now, 7 months later, they offer a revision with a minimal discount to those who purchased the originals.
