My car has just gone out of the three year warranty when this happened. I booked the car in at a Mazda dealer where I bought it from new. Both the seat belts were replaced under a Mazda Australia warranty. It seems like this could be a possible recall for the CX-3's as it is a very serious safety issue in my opinion.
