Should I be worried and how do I report these activities? PayPal accepts Visa, MC, Amex, or Discover prepaid gift cards and you link them to PayPal Wallet page like you would a debit or credit card. You cannot apply the amount on the card to your PayPal balance as cash. You can't login at live checkout flow using sandbox account.
