But I have been preferring PS5 simply because I can't be bothered to jump through the few extra hoops of clicking about on a keyboard and mouse, then changing to a controller, everytime I want to play Persona 3 Reload, Tekken 8 or Tomb Raider Trilogy Remastered. Last month it was Crisis Core. All of these I got the PS5 versions.

I'm assuming this calibration resets when the PS5 updates the controller. I'm gonna give it a try and hope it doesn't brick my launch controller. Its managed to mostly avoid drift all this time but the left stick is at its limit for sure. No, this is permanent until you re-calibrate again.

Best controller ever and pushes the PS5 to another level, in terms of haptics, adaptive etc. Only going to get better as well. The haptics and adaptive triggers are definitely cool but I would gladly sacrifice them for better ergonomics. I think it's because the "V2 Pro" part is what makes it the PS5 version, but because the original Wolverine was an Xbox controller, that one doesn't have Gyro, and they've kind of combined the information for the two versions together.
