Bluetooth LE (low emissions) is used for phone as key, and will show up with bluetooth connections as you describe. If you are trying to troubleshoot your regular bluetooth connections, remove the regular connection (the one you call Lea ann's tesla) from the phone, AND remove the connection from the car in the bluetooth menu. Then re connect.

Final Thoughts

I ended up using the key card to drive home. I then deleted the key from the card, deleted the Tesla App on the phone, restarted the card computer and phone multiple times, reinstated the Tesla App on my phone, now I can't even set up the dang phone key. I tried so the troubleshooting steps I could find, any help would be appreciated. Help: phone key stopped working and couldn't set up again | Tesla ... The Tesla phone link sometimes works a day or two later, maybe after the Tesla “sleeps”. But it can be forced to work by unpairing the phone Bluetooth link and by deleting the phone key in “Locks”.
