This paper outlines the construction of COMPARA and demonstrates how it can be used. COMPARA is a machine-readable and searchable corpus of Portuguese-English and English-Portuguese translations. Unlike a machine-translation program, COMPARA enables its users to conduct searches within translations made by real human-beings.
Understanding the Context
In CoMPARA, in addition to the lists included in CERAPP, we used the European inventory of existing commercial chemical sub-stances (EINECS) containing 60,000 chemicals as a list of inter-∼ est for screening. MCscan leverages this concept by utilizing gene order and similarity to detect synteny blocks between multiple genomes, thereby facilitating compara-tive genomics studies. This paper describes novel in silico models to identify organic AR modulators in the context of the Collaborative Modeling Project of Androgen Receptor Activity (CoMPARA), coordinated by the National Center of Computational Toxicology (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency).
